Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, checks in and prices merchandise, and maintains records.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays and completes resets as directed.
• Assists with separation of food items and stock rotation; supports web pick-up orders and photo services.
• Attends training and completes PPLs as requested by Manager.
