Job summary

The position supports photo services and web pickup, with duties across operations and customer experience. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Register customer purchases on the cash register and process returns or exchanges as needed.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient checkout service to customers.
• Assist customers with products and services and promote additional items.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and assist with inventory and price checks.
• Follow asset protection procedures to minimize losses and ensure store security.
• Comply with state and local laws for regulated products.
• Construct and maintain promotional displays and complete resets as directed.
• Assist with food separation and stock rotation using FIFO methods.
• Support store maintenance and assist with exterior and interior upkeep.
• Provide photo area service including passport photos and post-purchase assistance.
• Support web pickup by monitoring orders and delivering items to customers.
• Attend training and complete required courses.
