Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service; assist with upselling and suggesting item pairings.
• Process purchases at the register; handle returns, exchanges, and refunds; manage cash and change.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; manage stock and price updates.
• Provide photo area services, including passport photos and posters; support web pickup orders.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with all store policies; support maintenance of store appearance.
