Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers.
• Process customer transactions through the check lane quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle various tenders as per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling guidelines and loss prevention measures.
• Follow guidelines for restricted sale items (alcohol, tobacco, DVDs).
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Ensure food safety and store safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of equipment and store areas.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to all customers, including minors and seniors.
