Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking fun and energetic Team Members to join our growing organization. You will work on-site, greet customers in a kind and professional manner, and assist with cashiering and showroom guidance while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will balance cash registers, explain services, answer questions, and help customers locate products. This role involves outdoor work in a loud environment, standing for long periods, and occasional marketing-related tasks.

Qualifications

Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to perform repetitive movements and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Greets customers as they enter the location.
Maintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash.
Explains services to customers and assists with questions or price discrepancies.
Balances cash register at the beginning and end of shift and verifies sales.
Assists customers in locating products and directs to other departments as necessary.
Operates POS to complete sales transactions and maintain cash accountability.
