Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking fun, energetic Team Members to join our on-site team. You will greet customers, handle transactions at the cash register, guide customers through the car wash process, and help maintain cleanliness at the site.

Responsibilities include explaining services, answering questions, balancing cash, and assisting with merchandising and sign holding. A clean driving record and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements and stand long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the location.
• Maintains awareness of services offered by Quick Quack Car Wash.
• Explains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers.
• Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Balances cash register at shift start and end; verifies sales.
• Directs customers to products or departments as needed.
• Holds advertising signs and supports marketing efforts.
• Promotes sales memberships and upsells services.
