Job description

This position focuses on customer service and sales support, providing an opportunity to learn about the business, products, and customers. There will be opportunities for progressive development into operational, fulfillment, and customer support responsibilities based on performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide customer service support to customers and the Sales Team.
  2. Share information about the organization’s products and services with customers.
  3. Enter quotes, sales orders, and maintain open orders to support the Sales Team.
  4. Manage the “Book of Business” with the Sales team.
  5. Balance workload among the Customer Experience Team and collaborate across departments.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Interest in learning about the business and assisting customers.
  3. Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively.
  4. Competitive drive to improve customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience
  1. Associate degree or relevant experience.
  2. Comfortable with technology; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  3. Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Working Conditions
  1. Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  2. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
