Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Schofield, WI location. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role involves standing for long periods, frequent walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. We offer part-time hours with opportunities to grow within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Keep store areas clean and presentable and ensure a safe environment.
