Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Wisconsin seeks a Customer Service Associate to help customers, manage transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver a friendly shopping experience.

The role may be part-time or full-time depending on store needs. Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Prior customer service experience is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with friendly interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
