Position Overview

The Customer Experience Associate – Affordable is key in providing exceptional service to residents and prospects. Responsibilities include building relationships, understanding client needs, resolving issues, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth operations. Success is measured through KPIs and quarterly goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building: Engage proactively with prospects, assist with inquiries, and support resident events to foster community.
  2. Understanding Needs: Conduct assessments to match prospects with suitable units, understanding funding sources, features, and amenities.
  3. Resident Resolution: Address concerns promptly, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure resident satisfaction.
  4. Data Management: Keep accurate records in property management software and prepare performance reports.
  5. Daily Tasks: Handle administrative duties, support community initiatives, and adhere to operational procedures.
Qualifications
  • Passion for customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations preferred.
  • Proficient in property management software (Onesite, Yardi, etc.), MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
