Utah State University’s Aggie Print department is seeking a part-time, non-benefited Customer Experience and Social Media assistant to support the team with customer interactions and social content updates.

You’ll handle in-person, email, and phone inquiries, help craft engaging social media posts, and assist with surveys and status updates to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Overview

Working with the Aggie Print and Mail team to create an excellent customer experience through status updates, follow up contacts, surveys, etc. Also, working with our designers and marketing group to update and create new social media content.

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. This position requires moderate physical activity, including the handling of objects up to 25 pounds and/or standing or walking more than one hour per day.
