Job summary

Sardi's is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador to create a welcoming lobby atmosphere and promote our offerings with enthusiasm. You will be the first point of contact for guests, set the tone for their visit, and support the team with attentive service.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, upselling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and address inquiries.

We're Hiring Customer Experience Ambassadors (CEA)!

As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact with while dinning in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create + build relations by speaking about us, our food + our team with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests!

• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products

• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)

• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable!

• Answer the phone in a friendly matter

• Accurately answer guests questions

• Be able to handle + solve difficult situations

• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return

• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members

• Practice food safety procedures
