El Car Wash in Winter Park, FL is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor who greets guests, explains memberships, and turns every interaction into loyalty. You bring energy, a genuine smile, and a customer-first mindset to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You will log feedback, promote the Unlimited Membership, handle complaints with tact, keep the site clean and welcoming, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays outdoors in all conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image; you show up on time and polished.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence; thrives in customer-facing moments.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven; you know your numbers and you care about hitting them.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive; you read the customer and adjust accordingly.
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot; you resolve, you don't deflect.
• Comfortable with site technology and POS systems.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
