El Car Wash in Baltimore is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet guests with energy and convert interactions into loyalty. You’ll be the face of EL, blending service and sales to grow memberships and drive repeat visits.

You’ll handle concerns, maintain a clean, welcoming site, log feedback, and share insights with the team. The role emphasizes outdoor, variable hours including evenings and weekends, with comprehensive benefits.

Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.
