Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help retain and grow relationships by assessing financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including fingerprinting per NMLS regulations.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

• Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.

Summary:

As a Customer Experience Banker, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
