Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker in PA to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping them achieve financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposits, loans, and other banking products. You will process transactions accurately to provide exemplary service while educating customers on bank products and technology.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or a Bachelor's) with 1+ year of customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience or military service in an admin/clerical role
• Background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations

As a Customer Experience Banker, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in order to provide exemplary customer service while educating customers on bank products, services and technology.

• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication and presentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
