Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Illinois) seeks a senior leader to steer Customer/Sales Operations, driving customer-centric processes and fleet sales initiatives across multiple business units. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize contracts, pricing, and program oversight.

The role requires a proven track record in leading large programs, strong financial acumen, and a deep understanding of B2B and B2C operations, with hands-on Salesforce and Power BI expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operational Management or related field.
• 10+ years leading a team in Customer/Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Business Operations.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience.
• Experience with performance management and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Substantial customer engagement, order-to-cash knowledge, and business operations experience in B2B and B2C.
• Experience leading large programs and initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Strong commercial, financial and sales competence.
• Experience with Digital and System transformations programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a simple, consistent, customer-focused experience to support retention and income growth.
• Ensure operational processes are fit for purpose, consistently applied, well documented, and managed in line with bp’s legal and financial requirements to minimize risk.
• Serve as the primary Fleet Sales collaborator for customer communications, OneTA, marketing coordination, and ABS product changes.
• Manage ABS location setup, lead and develop the sales support team, support Sales Account Managers.
• Administer customer contracts in Salesforce and maintain pricing and customer data in ABS.
• Oversee the Fleet Maintenance Advisor team including administration of service recovery data collection and program oversight.
• Manage departmental software such as Promiles, coordinate team meetings, and maintain knowledge of customers, business segments, and competitive landscape.
