First American is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist to provide high-level service, research escalated inquiries, and resolve issues via phone, email and written communications. You will coordinate with the appropriate business area to close complaints, maintain logs, and ensure the customer's voice is heard throughout the process.

A High School diploma and 5+ years of related experience are typical; strong MS Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting customer escalations and/or written interactions/complaints.
• Requires extensive knowledge of the company's products and services.

Responsabilités

• Point of escalation and research/respond to escalated inquiries and complaints.
• Provide written and verbal responses to customer inquiries.
• Interact with customers at all levels of escalation to provide status updates.
• Includes inbound and outbound calls and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with business areas or departments needed for closure of complaints.
• Maintain logs, records, and files and ensure compliance with critical dates.
