You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical support throughout the sales process. Collaboration with the sales team to understand customer needs, present solutions, and demonstrate our products' value is essential. Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, participating actively in the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations showcasing our products' features, benefits, and value.
  3. Understand customer requirements and challenges, developing tailored solutions.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales phase, addressing questions and concerns.
  5. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and specifications aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
  6. Work with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback, suggest improvements, and stay updated on product releases.
  7. Conduct proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate solution feasibility and effectiveness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to position our offerings effectively.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, engaging with potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Network/Security/Pre-Sales Engineering.
  • Proven technical background with experience as a Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales/technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with innovative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
