• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM and group policy parameters and usage
• Experience with executive support

Daily Operations

• New Hire Computer Builds (imaging hard drives)
• Virus remediation: if re-image is required, data transfer will need to be done also.
• Desktop break and Fix/Software support (will Train)
• Computer Refresh of old lease equipment to new.
• Periodic support of the IT Service walk-up counter
