Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role involves meeting the specific needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality customer service, and assisting sales representatives in servicing customers.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing timely and accurate information regarding order status and product inquiries.
• Handling all client interactions, including calls, electronic requests, and face-to-face interactions.
• Processing customer orders and modifications per department policies.
• Managing open orders and maintaining account details.
• Pulling Material Safety Data Sheets and copying as needed.
• Researching and resolving customer problems.
• Providing administrative support such as report generation, data processing, and filing.
• Performing other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in warehouse/distribution is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Physical ability to sit for long periods, operate a computer, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug test.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay range is $24.04 - $26.44. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, FSA, EAP, 401(k), and more.
