Do you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers take the next step? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Business Development Representative to join our dealership team!

As one of the first people our customers connect with, you’ll help create a welcoming experience, answer questions, and schedule appointments with our sales consultants. You’ll communicate by phone, text, email, and online chat to help potential buyers move forward with confidence.

No automotive experience? No problem! Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

What You’ll Do
