The Customer Education Advocate supports multiple products by resolving escalated issues from the AspireCare support team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Aspire software platform and excellent communication skills to effectively assist clients.

Reporting and Responsibilities
  1. Report to the Director of AspireCare.
  2. Identify and resolve client challenges, manage multiple issues, and create client form layouts.
  3. Collaborate with the development team to resolve system issues.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction and anticipate future needs.
Key Duties
  1. Understand client training needs and provide tailored training sessions.
  2. Build strong relationships with power user teams.
  3. Support client staff training and provide feedback on product issues.
  4. Communicate training progress effectively to clients and internal teams.
  5. Clarify the roles of AspireCare and CSM teams during client onboarding.
  6. Assist customer care representatives with ticket-related questions.
  7. Escalate training concerns promptly.
  8. Perform first-level troubleshooting and document client interactions.
  9. Respond to client chats and calls daily.
Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in Aspire modules and confidence in training others.
  2. Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  3. Experience with issue tracking systems is advantageous.
  4. Ability to teach and manage meetings effectively.
  5. Landscape industry experience is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of Aspire Software is preferred but not mandatory.
