Job summary

A Hiring Company is seeking a Vehicle Rental Sales & Service Associate to join our Murray and Salt Lake City teams. You will guide customers through the rental process, promote vehicle options, manage agreements, and support daily branch operations.

No prior rental experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on our systems and procedures, helping you develop customer service and sales skills while contributing to branch goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to guide customers through rental processes and explain contracts clearly.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn company procedures, software, and rental industry practices.
• Must be able to work weekends as part of regular schedule.
• Able to handle financial transactions and maintain organized records.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess transportation needs.
• Prepare and manage rental agreements for reservations, returns, extensions, and exchanges.
• Explain policies, vehicle options, and contract details clearly.
• Assist customers with vehicle upgrades and optional protection products.
• Process payments and ensure accurate rental documentation.
• Coordinate with fleet staff to identify available vehicles and enter data in software.
