Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a motivated Management Trainee / Manager in Training for its South Ogden team. This program provides practical experience across rental car operations, sales, customer service, fleet management, and branch operations.

Participants work alongside experienced leaders to develop skills and progress toward Assistant Manager and Branch Manager roles. Paid training and leadership development are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations from opening to closing.
• Develop professional sales and communication skills.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles, products, and services.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Coordinate fleet availability and vehicle readiness.
