URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for the Allen, Texas location to deliver a genuine customer experience and drive sales. You will engage shoppers and help them find products that fit their style while representing Anthropologie's brand standards.

In this role you will share product knowledge, support store operations, and assist with omnichannel orders, all while collaborating with a friendly team and contributing to upbeat store morale.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with genuine conversation to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist on the selling floor with product suggestions and teamwork.
• Utilize technology to transact, find sizes/colors, and place orders for out-of-stock items.
• Support omni order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock and store standards.
