Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist in daily store operations including completing work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per the knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs and pricing concerns and communicate to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures.
