Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) team member to help with store accounting, operations, and assisting customers in tire and wheel sales. You will engage with customers, provide quotes, and route inquiries to the right colleagues while upholding company policies and conduct standards.

The role emphasizes excellent service, accuracy in daily store tasks, and collaboration with credit and inventory processes to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary
