Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration Clerk to support store accounting, assist in tire and wheel sales, and deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, providing quotes, helping with store inventory and credit program administration, and promoting store sales while ensuring policy compliance.

This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a large western U.S.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
Continuous standing and walking

Responsibilities

Greeting customers
Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues
Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program
Assists with store inventory
Picking up merchandise and parts as required
Provides excellent customer service
Promotes store sales
Asks questions to identify customer wants and needs
Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary
