Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, providing quotes, helping with store inventory and credit program administration, and promoting store sales while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program
• Assists with store inventory
• Picking up merchandise and parts as required
• Provides excellent customer service
• Promotes store sales
• Asks questions to identify customer wants and needs
• Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary
