Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Administration role combining clerical and sales support. The position handles store accounting, customer service, and basic sales of tires and wheels, following company policies and the Code of Conduct. The role involves greeting customers, answering questions, quoting products, and coordinating with qualified staff.

On-the-job training is provided to develop the required skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
