Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills.
• Uphold company policies and standards per manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per the product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns and operational issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures and reporting potential fraud risk.
