Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences and make suitable product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
• Process cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty) accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, stocking, and moving product flow accurately.
