The role offers exposure to a dynamic, off-price retail environment under the TJX family. Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and collaborating with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per SOPs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares products for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and upkeep of cleanliness across the store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
