Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or currently in high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background investigation as per company policy.
• Ability to work well with co-workers in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow established policies under supervisor direction.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned.
• Participate in an active sales environment with in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay out funds accurately, balancing daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and certificates of deposit.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform tasks requested by supervisors related to bank functions.
