Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team or supervising others including hiring, evaluating, mentoring and workload management

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and guiding them on self-service technology.
• Assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and promote company products and services.
• Support management with supervision of associates, assign duties, train, coach, and evaluate performance to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain safety, organize the sales floor, stock, price, and set up product displays; handle returns and claims per company policies.
