Job summary

Ace Retail Group is looking for a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing and maintaining a clean store while delivering outstanding customer service. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure product knowledge helps shoppers find items quickly.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, teamwork, and keeping the sales floor organized and safe. Starting pay is $16.90 per hour with opportunities to learn and grow within our stores.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group and assist customers with problems.
• Greet customers and thank them on exit; maintain friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Maintain product knowledge and store layout to help customers find items.
• Help with receiving, stocking, pricing and back stock levels.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized sales floor and participate in signage and merchandising tasks.
• Operate forklift with proper training and participate in store meetings.
