Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Available to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Pass pre-employment screen (Background Check).

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers in a professional manner via phone, text, email and in person.
• Build rapport with customers while at the dealership.
• Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles for appointments.
• Prepare vehicles for demonstration drives including warming up, fueling and presentation.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology to customers.
• Organize necessary paperwork for customers and staff.
• Transport vehicles to wash bay facility.
• Deliver sold vehicles and explain features to customers.
• Transport vehicles for accessories installation.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
