UniFirst is seeking a Customer Development Representative to grow sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships with current customers to boost organic growth and profitability by selling additional products and services.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, collaborating with the Customer Service team to expand market share, conducting presentations, and meeting weekly targets such as 8 Facility Needs Analysis

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM.
• Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
