Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative to increase sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships to drive organic growth and profitability by selling additional products and services.

You will identify opportunities, collaborate with the Customer Service team, and conduct meetings with clients to secure additional business. The role emphasizes activity targets and effective use of sales tools and CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM.
• Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.

Customer Development Representative
