Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, finance, or engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in production planning, sales operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders and return orders within ERP systems.
• Prepare and issue pro-forma and commercial invoices with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with HQ and internal teams to onboard new customers and set up systems.
• Maintain customer accounts and monitor credit limits; assist with AR tracking and payment follow-up.
• Update product pricing within ERP systems and support sales plans based on demand.
• Communicate order status and documentation to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with logistics and production planning to communicate customer demand requirements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and support cross-functional coordination.
