Valiant Harbor International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Delivery Team SETA to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Office of Information Technology and Data Innovation (ITDI). This is a full-time, hybrid position with occasional travel possible. The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, and meet the following criteria:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT programs, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder acceptance, and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Customer Delivery, including customer engagement, requirements gathering, and product management.
• Serve as a Strategic Advisor to the Head of Customer Delivery on enterprise strategy, planning, software development, product ownership, and Agile Scrum team alignment.
• Support financial management of programs and projects, prepare responses for senior leaders, and support operations through meeting coordination and administrative tasks.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse teams, communicating complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or college required
• Fifteen plus (15+) experience delivering technology solutions, with significant experience serving as an IT Program Manager
• Proven success leading complex IT initiatives requiring collaboration with business users, technology partners, consultants, and technical staff
• Significant experience serving as an IT Program Manager
• Familiarity with supporting the government in IT enterprise capacity
• Experience with the U.S. government or R&D health organizations
