Ewing Landscape Materials, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver to provide outstanding service and promptly distribute products to our customers in Visalia.

You will greet shoppers, answer questions about features and pricing, perform price comparisons, and cross-sell when appropriate, while loading and unloading deliveries and keeping shelves stocked. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50–70 pounds, and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to greet customers and assist with questions about products.
• Capable of processing purchases and providing pricing information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks including deliveries and store duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide exceptional service.
• Greet and direct customers in-store.
• Provide product information, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Answer questions about products/services and perform price comparisons.
• Cross-sell products to meet customer needs.
• Ensure product racks are stocked and handle returns.
• Coordinate with team to deliver timely service during peak times.
• Deliver items to addresses, loading/unloading as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
