Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. The role supports delivering vehicles to customers, loading/unloading on car haulers, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Training is provided for driving duties and compliance with Carvana policies. Starting pay is $20/hour with opportunities to progress to $22/hour, plus a merit-based Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers (training provided).
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in our tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana's policy.
• Notary eligibility within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
• Meet state-specific requirements for DMV/title access and registration.
