• Shift requirement: The hours for this position are from 11am - 9pm. Availability to work 7 days a week is required. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends.
• Base pay of $19/hour
• Opportunity to increase hourly pay by $0.50 every 3 months based on performance!
• Represent our dynamic brand through memorable customer experiences, from delivering vehicles to assisting with vending machines at some locations. Our Customer Advocates ensure a seamless car-delivery experience for each customer.

We seek enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using our custom car haulers (commercial license not required; training provided)
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety and condition
• Complete customer paperwork and document interactions in our tracking system
• Drive safely, maintaining a clean driving record per Carvana's policies
• Obtain (or already have) a Notary license within 90 days of employment (details provided). This process is sponsored by Carvana.
• Meet state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration system access
• For Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri: obtain a Chauffeur's license or equivalent within two weeks (sponsored by Carvana)
• For California: obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)

General Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including vehicle detailing and loading/unloading in various weather conditions
• Ability to walk, stand, and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Physical ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for driving; accommodations may be available for disabilities
