Join to apply for the Customer Delivery Driver role at Carvana

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our team as Customer Advocates. Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500!

Our Customer Advocates play a vital role in delivering happiness to customers—whether by delivering vehicles directly to their driveways or engaging with the local community—reintroducing happiness into the car-buying experience.

Shift and Compensation

• Shift hours: 11am - 9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off
• Base pay of $18/hour, with opportunities to increase by $0.50 every 3 months based on performance

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using our custom car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided)
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain detailed notes in our tracking system
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• Obtain necessary licenses or certifications such as Notary or Chauffeur's license within specified timeframes, depending on the state

Physical and Other Requirements

• Perform physically demanding tasks including vehicle detailing and loading/unloading
• Stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for driving
