Pay range:

**18.00 + DOE**

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver to deliver excellent customer service and promptly distribute products to our customers. You will represent our company professionally and cost-effectively to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and the ability to make customers feel welcome are essential. Your responsibilities include identifying client needs, explaining products and services, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers proactively and go the extra mile
  • Greet and guide customers
  • Provide accurate product, pricing, and after-sales information
  • Answer customer inquiries about products/services
  • Assist with price and feature comparisons to aid purchasing decisions
  • Cross-sell relevant products
  • Maintain fully stocked racks
  • Manage merchandise returns
  • Coordinate with team to deliver excellent service during peak times
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Gather customer feedback for the Store Manager
  • Stay updated on new products and services
  • Deliver items to various addresses following designated routes and schedules
  • Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
  • Seek customer feedback and resolve complaints
  • Inform customers about new offerings
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Prior outdoor supply industry experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable standing most of the shift and performing physical tasks such as stooping, squatting, and lifting above the head
  • Comfortable operating and delivering on a route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar vehicle
  • Customer-focused with adaptable communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic math skills required
  • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships
  • Capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good driving record with no violations

  • Ability to operate forklifts and tractors (training available)
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service or Sales Associate
