Job summary

Abito Corp. is seeking a meticulous Customer Data Analyst to transform raw customer information into actionable insights.

You will collect data from multiple sources, clean and organize it, and build dashboards that illuminate trends and measure campaign performance. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive strategic decisions, perform customer segmentation, and ensure data accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a meticulous and insightful Customer Data Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for driving our business forward by transforming raw customer data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will help us better understand our customer base, optimise our marketing efforts, and enhance our product offerings.
