Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Cashier to be the face of the store, processing customer orders quickly and accurately while delivering friendly service. You will handle cash and payments, answer questions, and assist with shelf readiness in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma, with 1–2 years cashier experience preferred. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is important. Daily Pay and employee benefits are highlighted in the ad.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior, a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have good communication skills; the ability to take direction/constructive criticism and participate in a team environment
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change accurately.
• Maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition; assist with stocking shelves and facing as needed.
• Provide information and resolve customer questions and complaints; communicate with front end manager and Head Cashier.
