Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Provide account balances and information; reference to appropriate departments as needed.
• Ensure transactions are balanced and properly recorded at day end.
• Detect and report counterfeit money or suspicious activity.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
