Granite Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Teller to serve customers in person and over the phone, reporting to the Branch Manager. Your duties include processing transactions, handling inquiries, and delivering a superior customer experience.

You will balance the cash drawer, follow bank procedures, and support product recommendations while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to empathize and build rapport.
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical proficiency
• Previous cash handling experience
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detailed understanding of banking services and products.
